We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products or services. No exceptions. You will not be able to book your next appointment until the cancellation fee is paid in full. All charges will be applied to the card placed on file at the time of booking. Declined cards will be unable to re-book until fee is paid.
refund & returns
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we will contact you and may be able to accommodate you please let us know. If we are unable to reach you by 15 minutes past your scheduled time, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and you may be charged 100% of the service fee. This policy helps us provide timely service for all clients.
late arrivals
Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of the total appointment cost to your card on file. Failure to show up to your appointment without notice (no-show) will result in a 100% charge of your total appointment cost to your card on file.
